Full-Time Order Entry Pharmacy Technician

Seeking a full-time, experienced order entry technician to join our growing team. Day shifts with weekend rotation on Saturdays every 4 weeks.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create customer value through all customer interactions

· Answer customer phone calls and handle refill orders or order-related inquiries in a professional and thorough manner.

· Input new & refill prescription orders in a timely and accurate manner using FrameworkLTC operating software system

· Ensure billing information is accurate, and adjudication is completed prior to the filling processes

· Troubleshoot and reconcile third party rejection issues

· Maintain accurate patient profiles ensuring that patient’s demographic and clinical information is always up to date

· Verify that prescription order information is complete and accurate; work with facility staff to clarify missing information

· Ensure first-call resolution of questions/issues; request additional help and escalate to pharmacists or appropriate leadership as needed

Requirements:

· Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license and/or National Certification

· 2 year experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in long term care

· Passionate about the customer experience

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast paced, growth environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills

· Experience in FrameworkLTC preferred

Pay: From $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
