childhood education centers in the area. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our schools
remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for the children, families, and staff we serve

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, including floor care
and upkeep
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic
HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards and licensing compliance
- Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate service records
- Identify and address potential hazards proactively
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies
- Assist with facility improvements, classroom setups, and minor renovations
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- Electrical systems
- Carpentry
- General building repairs (fencing, concrete, caulking)
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must pass a background check (required for childcare environments)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Multi-site environments
- OSHA or other safety certifications
- Trade licenses (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
