LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging 3rd party warehouse management operator to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. We’re looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer to support and develop our fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations
- Track delivery schedules and manage transportation logistics to minimize delays and costs
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Foster a culture of accountability and safety, providing coaching and recognition
- Set team goals and monitor KPI’s
- Streamline warehouse operations using lean principles and automation tools
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track inventory, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics
- Continuously improve workflows to reduce errors, increase throughput, and lower operational costs
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular training and emergency drills
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment for all employees
- Work closely with procurements, sales, and customer service to align inventory with demand
- Resolve customer issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or order discrepancies
- Liaise with vendors and transport companies to negotiate terms and improve service levels
- Oversee all aspects of FTZ( Foreign Trade Zone ) For compliance, including the importation, storage, and exportation of goods within the FTZ
- Compliant release and file FTZ documents
- Maintain and enforce of FTZ required tasks
- Manage compliance requirements, such as to handle Customs auditing, comply with Trade Law, prepare annual report for FTZ
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures
- Track and record performance reviews
- Manage and coordinate with operation supervisor monthly AR/AP closing.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent Excel skills
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
- Ability to understand and operate all areas of the supply chain
- Understanding of warehouse process
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including: email, Microsoft Office, Google Drive
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Solutions focused with great problem-solving skills
- Maintain high-level of professionalism and employee confidence
- Ability to work independently, making sound and appropriate decisions and escalating when appropriate
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of warehouse management experience
- 3 years of related experience in import & export, cargo tracking & exception handling, transportation or supply chain logistics, preferably with international experience
- Knowledge and skill with import/export procedures, Foreign-Trade Zone, Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes, and international freight compliance such as customs regulations, documentation requirements, clearance procedures, and export control compliance
- Reliable Commute is required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to various operational sites
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each IT system and operational websites
Other Requirements: The warehouse is located in Euless, TX. It warehouse that operates the subsidiary materials. S/he must be able to travel to field sites and offices, as needed, and as we continue to expand.
