We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service
Essential Job Functions
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties:
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, white delivering high quality customer service with warmth and professionalism.
- Direct customers and vendors to the appropriate location for incoming and outgoing orders, etc.
- Organize and maintain digital and hard copy files.
- Provide administrative assistance to managers.
- Gather, organize, deliver, and track incoming and outgoing mail.
- Facilitate a supportive work environment and an engaged workforce consistent with the mission, core values and culture of Lott Oil.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma required
- Previous office Experience
- Expert customer service skills
- Problem solving, computer savvy
- Organizational skills, thoroughness
- Phone and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and detail oriented
