Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Lotane & Associates, P.A. The Associate Attorney will appear for Hearings, Mediations, Trials, Depositions, and other court appearances through Zoom and in person. You will provide legal advice, perform document reviews, scribe Motions, manage client interactions, negotiate, and handle matters related to legal Collection and Subrogation practices.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide Legal Advice
- Great negotiation skills
- Research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
- Organized and able to manage workload
- Work as a team
- Experience in legal collections and subrogation is a plus
Salary : $61,000 - $77,200
