We pride ourselves on being an extension of our clients’ teams, providing efficient, high-quality service that preserves property value and enhances tenant satisfaction.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Temporary Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to support the San Diego region’s general property division while covering a leave of absence. This role is crucial to our operational efficiency and profitability, as it manages, coordinates, and optimizes service scheduling across the region.The ideal candidate will have recent experience in maintenance and/or construction industry operations, demonstrate organizational strength, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & CoordinationStrategically schedule jobs based on geographic efficiency and technician skills to maximize productivity and minimize travel time.Maintain and manage work orders in scheduling systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Operational SupportFacilitate communication between field technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.Support procurement, reporting, and auditing processes related to work orders and project documentation.Assist project management with work order accuracy, cost tracking, and documentation.Payroll & Accounting SupportReview electronic time sheets and balance job costs with worked hours.Update the accounting department on the completion of work orders.Administrative DutiesMaintain organized records of scheduling changes, cost codes, and operational documentation.Prepare and submit scheduling and operations reports as required.Requirements:RequiredMinimum of 3 years of recent experience in a maintenance or construction-related industry, strongly preferred.Strong understanding of scheduling, operations, and construction/maintenance workflows.Familiarity with San Diego geography or the ability and willingness to learn the region quickly.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills with subcontractors, field personnel, and internal teams.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with MS Office Suite, Zoho, Sage, and Crystal ReportsPreferredExperience with work order management systems.Basic understanding of project costing and administrative reporting.This position is classified as a temporary assignment.
