Duties
- Prepare and assemble baked goods, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes and standards
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks including cooking, mixing, measuring, and ingredient assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and baking tools
- Support the team during catering events or special food service occasions
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines in a timely manner
Skills
- Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts preferred
