Responsibilities
Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables, sweeping/mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold health standards. Support bar operations by restocking supplies, glassware, and utensils to keep service seamless. Help with food handling tasks such as delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables when needed. Ensure all areas are tidy and organized, including the bar, dining room, and service stations. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Assist with catering setups or special event support when required to enhance guest experiences.
Skills
Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain a spotless environment. Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or hospitality settings. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry.
