Barback / Busser Job / Food Runner Description
The Bar Backs / Bussers at Del Rey are an integral part of our Front of House team. They are responsible for assisting bartenders and servers in providing our guests with the best service and experience possible. .
Barback / Busser / Food Runner Responsibilities
- Cleaning and resetting of tables
- Run food orders as needed
- Clearing of dirty dishes
- Refilling of guests beverages
- Restocking the bar, refilling ice and overall assisting bartenders
- Moving tables / chairs as needed
- Coordinate with servers and hostess about available seating options
- Assist in setting up and serving at a variety of events
- Be guest oriented and a positive representative of Del Rey.
Barback / Busser/ Food Runner Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication, customer service skills, previous bussing experience preferred but not required, action oriented, team player, positive mindset, self motivated, weekend and holiday availability required. Barback / Busser Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
