Role Description
Lost Dunes Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team on a full-time basis. In this on-site role located in Bridgman, MI, the Line Cook will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include ensuring proper food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards, and ingredient preparation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to meet the club’s high-quality dining expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presenting diverse menu items
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols to ensure a sanitary workspace
- Time management and organization skills, including accurately preparing ingredients and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, maintain composure under pressure, and follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety procedures is a plus
- ServSafe or similar certification is preferred
