Essential functions

- Engage our guests by sharing our wine experience, discussing our vineyards and our winegrowing history, and practices
- Promote our wines and present our wine club and alternative experiences to all guests.
- Improve the guest experience by providing wine and food during events as needed.
- Foster a healthy, safe, positive, and welcoming work environment for yourself and your coworkers.
- Complete required daily duties to ensure the best guest experience, including but not limited to bar prep, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising
- Greet all guests upon arrival in a positive and welcoming manner to consistently create a great first impression.
- Easily transition from a fast-paced atmosphere to a more personal and intimate tasting experience.
- Always present yourself in a professional, reliable, and trustworthy manner on and off premises
- Concentrate on repetitive tasks, such as polishing glasses, efficiently and positively for extended periods of time.
- Follow directions and feedback while remaining focused on tasks in a constantly changing environment.
- Comply with all TABC regulations, including the prohibition of overserving any guests, serving underage guests, and ensuring that your TABC certificate is current.
- Follow all Lost Draw Wines policies and procedures
- Additional tasks and projects may be assigned, including, but not limited to, labeling, food preparation, cleaning, winery support, and vineyard assistance.

- This position is not eligible for remote work and requires on-site work on a regular basis
Additional eligibility requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to serve wine to our guests
- It is essential to have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude while working collaboratively as a team player
- Must be able to work our peak times, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays
- Must be creative, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and complete duties, tasks, and projects, despite interruptions.
- Must be able to stand and work actively for up to 10 hours with limited breaks
- Must have the ability to lift to 45 lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be a self-starter who can complete duties, tasks, and projects with minimal supervision.
Salary : $14 - $17
