The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Workforce Transition Navigator to guide participants into sustainable careers across construction, IT/AI, and clean tech. You’ll provide personalized coaching, case management, and access to wraparound services—helping individuals overcome barriers, gain training, and secure employment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead intake and create Individualized Success Plans for participants.
- Offer one-on-one career coaching, resume prep, and job readiness support.
- Connect participants with vital services (childcare, housing, transportation, digital access).
- Partner with employers, unions, and training programs to unlock job opportunities.
- Track progress and report outcomes for program accountability.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education, workforce development, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years’ experience in case management, workforce development, or career navigation.
- Knowledge of barriers faced by opportunity youth, returning citizens, and underrepresented workers.
- Familiarity with WIOA programs and/or systems of social support.
- Strong coaching, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
