Position Summary
The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Producer / Editor, Creative Video to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality video content that engages our fans, elevates our brand, and enhances the storytelling of Chargers football. As part of our Creative Video Team, you will play a key role in filming, editing, and producing dynamic content for various platforms, including digital, social media and in-stadium. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented storyteller with strong technical skills, a creative mindset, and a relentless work ethic. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work long hours when needed (including weekends and game days), and collaborate with various departments to bring compelling content to life.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Capture and edit engaging footage for team highlights, social media content, and in-stadium productions
- Work closely with the Director, Creative Video and other team members to execute content that aligns with the Chargers’ brand, voice, and creative vision.
- Stay up to date with video trends, new technology, and best practices in sports content creation.
- Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
- Collaborate with social media team on original executions surrounding tentpole events
- Post production finishing, including color correction and audio mixing
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite programs are a plus).
- Experience operating professional video cameras (Arri, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A team-first mentality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Passion for sports content creation, particularly the NFL and the Chargers.
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and game days as needed.

Expected Salary Range
$50,000 - $70,000 Overtime
