Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and organization of advertising materials and documents
- Coordinate project details and timelines with internal teams
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support planning efforts
- Maintain organized records of advertising activities and materials
- Support meetings, planning sessions, and in-person coordination tasks
- Track project progress and assist with administrative support related to advertising initiatives
- Ensure all materials and documentation are properly prepared and filed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment
