Job description:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 7 years of experience in pre sales, solution engineering, or sales/marketing support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end to end RFP/RFQ response process, including requirement analysis, solution definition, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Sales team by managing sales leads, coordinating with partners and vendors, and preparing technical and commercial quotations.
• Collaborate closely with the Partnership team to develop and maintain sales collateral, technical presentations, and proposal documents.
• Lead and support customer Proof of Concepts (POCs), including on site and remote assistance during pilot deployments and solution hand offs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry standards and architectures to leverage interoperability and integration advantages.
• Track and stay current on competitor offerings, market trends, and emerging technologies, particularly in Large Public Venue and Retail ecosystems.
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, solution demonstrations, and follow up activities with customers and partners.
• Manage external vendors for creation of marketing and sales enablement content, including videos, infographics, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
• Track and analyze marketing and pre sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and impact.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation to support sales reviews and leadership reporting.
