Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 10 years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of high‑quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization.
The Scrum Master should have core competency and working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform, without which this role would not be possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with 5 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX) Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments"
