Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10 Years of experience.
- Must hands-on Java Lead experience.
- Hands-on Coding in the current projects.
- Must have experience of 7 years on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka, experience in their current projects
- Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
- Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
