GenAI Architect / AI Platform Lead

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Architect / AI Platform Lead to drive the design, architecture, and development of next-generation AI-powered platforms and applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, AWS Cloud Architecture, and Full-Stack AI Application Development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, proven experience building AI solutions at scale, and the ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop scalable AI-powered applications, including conversational AI, chatbots, voice AI, and intelligent automation platforms.
- Lead the development of agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning, tool integrations, workflow orchestration, and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting AI platforms.
- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native AI infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI architecture, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Expert-level understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI systems.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with AI orchestration, tool usage, automation, and reasoning frameworks.
- Knowledge of voice AI technologies (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech).
- Experience with image generation and multimodal AI systems.
Software Development
- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Java and C .
- Experience building scalable backend platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong API design and microservices architecture experience.
AWS Cloud & Infrastructure
- Extensive hands-on AWS experience.
- Expertise with:
- ECS / EKS
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- S3
- DynamoDB
- RDS
- Experience designing highly scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of overall software engineering experience.
- 3 years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
- Proven experience in system architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
