Job Description:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows, applications, and security patches.
- Resolve basic network issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Assist users with Outlook, Office 365, Teams, and other productivity tools.
- Perform system imaging, backups, and device deployments.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation regularly.
- Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track and resolve issues.
- Deliver timely technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
