We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting supplier engagement, contract management, and the bidding process for small-scale projects.

- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers in alignment with specific project requirements, ensuring optimal selection and value.
- Support the bidding process for small-scale projects, including comprehensive documentation management, archiving, and effective vendor coordination.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and related procurement documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain and update procurement records, contract files, and supplier databases by category to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Contribute to supplier relationship management initiatives to foster long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Assist with contract administration, compliance verification, and adherence to internal procurement policies.
- Analyze procurement spend data to identify and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Procurement Senior Manager to support departmental objectives.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning.
