Key Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory flow and streamline operational processes while handling the accurate processing of shipments and transfers.
- Oversee the movement of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to align with sales potential.
- Conduct cycle counts as per corporate calendar to verify product quantities and report discrepancies in a timely manner. Perform regular audits to verify product conditions.
- Facilitate the implementation of security measures through inspections, audits, and preparing products for display.
- Ensure ongoing inventory organization according to company procedures and establish an optimized warehouse layout for improved accessibility by the sales team.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized stock rooms with proper labeling to facilitate sales.
- Maintain effective communication with the operations team and external couriers to ensure accurate shipping procedures and timely delivery.
- Provide the sales team with detailed updates regarding inventory availability to support the sales process and enhance sales performance.
Skills And Abilities Required
- 3 years of operational and inventory experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
