About Us
Lorenzo’s Pizza & Martini Lounge is Cromwell’s destination for great food, craft cocktails, and a fun atmosphere. We are building a strong front-of-house team and are looking for an experienced, energetic bartender who can deliver excellent service and keep the bar running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, martinis, beer, and wine
- Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Handle cash, card transactions, and Clover POS system
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
- Upsell drinks and promote specials
- Work with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere
Requirements
- 1–3 years of bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of:
- Classic cocktails and martinis
- Beer and wine service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and game nights
Compensation: Hourly tips (top bartenders earn $200 per night)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a sports bar / casual dining / lounge environment
- Familiarity with Clover POS
