Position Summary
We are looking for a Systems Maintenance Analyst to support and optimize key business systems that impact product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining data accuracy and system performance across ERP, WMS, labeling, and digital work order systems.
You will play a critical role in ensuring traceability, labeling accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this position helps ensure systems support audit readiness and full product visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain ERP (NetSuite) and WMS systems to ensure data accuracy, inventory control, and full product traceability
· Oversee labeling systems (Loftware, BarTender) to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
· Support and optimize digital work order and Genesis systems for accurate production tracking and data capture
· Ensure data integrity and alignment across all systems to support traceability and recall readiness
· Partner with Quality Assurance on audits, investigations, and corrective actions
· Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis for discrepancies related to labeling, traceability, or production data
· Identify and implement system improvements to enhance food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
· Develop and maintain SOPs and monitor system performance to proactively address risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 years of experience managing ERP, WMS, or similar systems
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
- NetSuite
- WMS platforms
- Loftware and/or BarTender
- Genesis, Safety Chain or similar systems
- Digital work order or production systems
- Strong understanding of data integrity, traceability, and system controls
- Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, or other regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with FDA, USDA, HACCP, or GFSI standards is a plus
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect system issues to operational and quality impacts
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting audits or regulatory inspections
- Knowledge of product labeling requirements and compliance
- Exposure to system integrations, APIs, or reporting tools
- Basic SQL or data analysis experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
