Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety regulations.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant environment.
- Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment using safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
- Support food running and serving duties by delivering orders promptly from the kitchen to guests while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations and restaurant policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
