We are looking for motivated, energetic, and responsible team members to join our growing team at Lorena’s!

Starting Pay: Starting at $17hour (Based on experience, skills, and responsibilities)

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Fluent in BOTH English & Spanish (absolutely necessary)

✅ POS system handling experience

✅ Customer service skills

✅ Responsible and reliable

✅ Fast-paced work ability with strong focus and concentration

✅ Attention to detail

✅ Multitasking skills

✅ Previous experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the store in excellent condition at all times
• Clean and restock fruits, vegetables, and supplies
• Take and prepare orders according to customer needs
• Promote products and upsell menu items
• Learn and understand every menu item (front-end & back-end operations)
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Work with strong team culture and communication
• Customer service is always the priority

TRAINING PROCESS

Selected candidates will complete a 7-day paid training program where multiple aspects of performance will be evaluated.

Training must be completed in order to receive payment.

After evaluation, candidates may receive a formal invitation to become part of Lorena’s team.
