Job Title: Childcare Support
Position Summary: Create a safe and welcoming environment for the children and families that utilize the Lord of Life childcare.
Department: Children, Youth, and Family
Reports to: High School Ministry Director
Supervises: N/A
Status: Part-time
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hours Worked Per Week: varies
Essential Functions:
- Know and enforce best practices keeping a secure space
- Basic computer knowledge for childcare check in
- Even tempered, able to maintain calm in stressful situations.
- Support other Children, Youth, and Family programming when needed.
Principal Functions:
- Play with and care for children
- Basic cleaning and upkeep of environment
- Interact with families in a professional manner

Education/Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to attend childcare staff meetings as scheduled.
- Turn in availability in a timely manner.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Some experience working with young children.
