Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to improve products and services.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to ensure customer expectations are met.
Functional/Technical Skills:
- Service top of rail and gauge face lubricator units according to specified guidelines.
- Perform lubrication service programs for railroad customers.
- Utilize logical methods to solve problems and find effective solutions.
- Understand and adhere to general railroad and Loram operating rules.
Managing and Measuring Work:
- Manage inventory held on maintenance vehicles through company processes.
- Plan work based on task difficulty and length, develop schedules, and anticipate and adjust for problems to meet objectives.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Written Communication:
- Process work orders and complete necessary delivery tickets, warranty paperwork, and returns through approved company processes.
- Proactively resolve problems and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
