Service Technician
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at C & B Operations, LLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Account for time and material used in performing assigned duties
- Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Promote and sell service department to customers
Requirements
- Associate's or better degree in Diesel Technology or related field (preferred)
- Ability to meet physical demands of job
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in machinery repair
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work overtime as needed
