Job Title: Front Desk Administrator
Location: Lorain Injury Center
About Us: Lorain Injury Center is a rehab-based chiropractic clinic that specializes in auto accidents, worker's compensation injuries, and a wide variety of other injuries. The clinic offers conservative chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and boasts a large network of referring providers.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, coordination of care, and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Coordinate patient care with the clinical team
- Collaborate with the billing department
- Request and manage medical records
- Send and receive referrals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience with a customer-facing focus preferred but not required
- Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a stressful environment
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (32-38 hours per week)
- Typical clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
