The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the strategy, execution, and growth of influencer and affiliate programs across our client roster - while also helping drive new business by shaping best-in-class campaign offerings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and performance-driven environments to deliver standout results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage full-funnel strategies that integrate influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and paid social to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for clients.
- Field and manage a robust network of influencers and affiliate partners (celebrity, macro, micro, nano, and ambassador tiers) that can be activated across multiple verticals.
- Manage the end-to-end influencer campaign process - from talent sourcing and negotiation to briefing, approvals, media planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Loop’s internal marketing team to build integrated campaigns that ladder up to client’s brand and business goals.
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively counsel clients on emerging platforms, formats, creator behavior, FTC compliance, and affiliate best practices.
- Support new business efforts by developing integrated proposals that drive growth.
- Optimize campaign performance using analytics, KPIs, and platform tracking to continuously improve impact and ROI.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships - preferably with multi-client experience.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, integrated campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, affiliate platforms, paid social buying, and emerging social platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - with talent, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Highly analytical and data-literate, with a deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a practice and shape agency offerings in a competitive market.
Compensation & Perks
- $85,000 - $115,000
