About the Opportunity:
• We’re seeking an experienced Director of Quality Management to lead quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives within an acute care healthcare environment. This role plays a critical leadership function in advancing patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and oversee the organization’s Quality Outcomes Management and Performance Improvement programs.
• Ensure continuous readiness and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including survey preparation and site visits.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and regulatory standards, providing education and guidance across departments.
• Direct quality data collection, reporting, and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with clinical leaders and medical staff to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and length-of-stay metrics.
• Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate quality management staff and support professional development.
• Participate in hospital-wide committees and cross-functional initiatives related to quality, safety, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare quality management or performance improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Experience leading survey preparation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred; Six Sigma or Lean training a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Salary : $98,000 - $123,000
