Job Description:
- Oversee the company's overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic channel partners, such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors
- Will lead a team, set performance goals, and work to enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Strategy & planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including co-marketing business plans, and set short- and long-term sales objectives
- Partner and Reseller management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners
- Sales & performance: Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication
- Process & systems: Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales
- Analysis: Conduct post-program ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into the budget.
- 4 years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in building reseller, referral and partner relationships from ground up
- Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders, across varying departmental functions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Proficiency with sales and managing a large pipeline
- Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and performance
- A creative problem solver, with strategic execution skills
