- Ability and confidence to work at height using appropriate safety equipment and procedures.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry equipment for extended periods, and to work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with basic safety protocols and willingness to follow company training and guidelines.
