Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Handle custodial responsibilities with precision to ensure restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are hygienic and well-stocked.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including light repairs, painting touch-ups, and basic upkeep to support overall building health.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Support industrial cleaning projects that may involve specialized tools or procedures for large-scale or heavy-duty environments.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any issues or damages promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial services or custodial work is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.
• Experience with industrial cleaning tasks or facilities maintenance is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and follow all safety guidelines diligently.
