What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Looking Glass Community Services?
As the Service Coordinator, you will coordinate and monitor client service plans including integrating support team members, key agencies, and youth participants. You will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, maintaining a positive milieu, creating behavior management plans, and overall case coordination for youth and family participants assigned to caseload.
The schedule is Wednesday-Sunday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

The Station 7 program is an emergency shelter for runaway or homeless youth in our community, ages 11-17. Station 7 operates a 24-hour crisis hotline for youth community members.

People who thrive in this program have at least one year of experience working with at-risk youth and/or families. Case management experience is preferred. You should have a bachelor's degree or be working towards one, in social work, psychology, social sciences, or a related field. You must be passionate about helping others and have the ability to relate with clients while upholding strong professional boundaries.
