Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer II
Location: Portsmouth, NH - 100% on-site.
The MES Engineer Level 2 is responsible for supporting activities such as requirements gathering, testing, implementation and use of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This Engineer s expected to operate with some supervision and some autonomy.

What you will do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, author, and model manufacturing recipes within the MES platform.
Draft, execute, and document test scripts to validate recipe changes.
Support manufacturing by resolving execution issues and providing SME input.
Create and refine change management procedures for MES system and process changes.
Participate in project planning and execution for automation improvements.
Support deviation investigations, CAPA actions, and change requests.
Review and revise documentation including SOPs and batch records.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3-6 years in Pharma/Biotech.
Ability to analyze information and identify key issues.
Problem-solving skills with engineering focus.
Willingness to fulfill on-call hours.
Ability to evaluate engineering problems and be able to devise cause and effect relationships and
propose solutions
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
