Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Thursday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Technician works within a production environment, supporting daily operations through equipment use, part finishing, and general housekeeping to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished plastic parts and sort based on quality standards
- Trim excess material from molded components
- Monitor machines and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Machine operation experience preferred
