Longwood Community Living Center is looking for a Nursing Home Administrator to join our growing team!

Nursing Home Administrator duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop or expand programs or services for medical and vocational rehabilitation, and community health and welfare promotion
- Negotiate for improvements of and additions to facility buildings and equipment
- Direct and coordinate medical, nursing and administrative staffs and services
- Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor delivery of nursing care and operation of support departments
- Administer fiscal operations such as budget planning, accounting, and financial review
- Other duties as required

Requirements
- 2 years of supervisory experience in long term care required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or combination of education and experience preferred
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
