The VP of Strategy & Product is an enterprise leader responsible for driving the development, validation, and execution of innovative healthcare products and strategic initiatives. This role acts as an internal incubator—leading initiatives from concept through market validation and executive approval, then transitioning them to operational teams for scale.
This individual partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to align strategy with organizational priorities, investment objectives, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable product roadmaps grounded in data, market intelligence, and regulatory considerations
- Lead product design and development for strategic initiatives (e.g., IESNP, MSO partnerships, ACO/LEAD programs)
- Serve as executive sponsor for ACO product lines, including strategic oversight of performance and growth
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory trend evaluation
- Partner with ELT and investors to align strategic priorities with financial and mission-driven outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics-based performance monitoring
- Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies (clinical, risk adjustment, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback
- Manage department operations, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Strategy, or related field
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare
- Experience in long-term care required
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution
- Experience with ACO, ISNP, IESNP, IPA, and/or MSO models strongly preferred
