This role partners closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure strong health plan performance, optimized clinical outcomes, and scalable market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Lead market operations to achieve growth, financial performance, and operational excellence
- Develop and execute market strategies aligned with national objectives
- Drive membership growth through effective collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) partners and local healthcare providers
- Oversee key operational initiatives to improve quality, affordability, and member experience
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., utilization, risk scores, costs, KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across the market
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Partner with Clinical, Finance, Network, Compliance, and Executive teams to achieve market goals
- Support network development to ensure adequate and high-performing provider coverage
- Collaborate on implementation of new SNF partnerships and service offerings
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team (Account Managers, Sales Agents, Member Advocates)
- Establish performance expectations and productivity benchmarks
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and professional growth
- Represent Longevity Health Plan with local stakeholders, providers, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain regular in-market presence, including quarterly facility visits
- Lead or participate in business reviews and partner meetings
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA, MSN, or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
- 5–10 years in healthcare operations, health plans, or provider organizations
- Strong Medicare Advantage and/or managed care experience required
- Experience with skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and long-term care strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success driving operational performance and growth
- LNHA, Health Insurance License, or Clinical licensure preferred
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
- Financial and operational acumen
- Leadership and team development
- Relationship building and influence in matrix organizations
- Data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must reside in assigned market/state
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel locally as needed
