About The Role
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for owning, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud, within a regulated Medicare Advantage ISNP healthcare environment. This role serves as the sole Salesforce administrator and requires a balance of technical expertise, business partnership, independent execution, and compliance-focused system governance.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and owner of Salesforce, including Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into Salesforce configurations, and optimize system usage.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, automation, and flows.
Manage user access including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security models.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views.
Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Support Health Cloud functionality related to facility, provider, member, and sales data.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with Medicare Advantage and regulatory requirements.
Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extensions and support compliant campaign execution.
Document system configurations, processes, and changes.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal governance standards.
Identify system improvement opportunities and act as a Salesforce advisor.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience operating as a sole Salesforce administrator or with end-to-end platform responsibility.
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
