IT Support Specialist (Remote - Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clinical and nonclinical IT issues.
This is a on site role, must reside in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or nearby and be able to travel to the office.

IT Support Specialist (Remote - Palm Beach Gardens, FL)
We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clinical and nonclinical IT issues.
This is a on site role, must reside in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or nearby and be able to travel to the office.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing and triaging tech issues via email, phone, text, or JIRA.
- Resolving basic issues and escalating complex ones.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Managing device inventory and handling acquisition, refresh, and replacement.
- Assisting with device setup for new employees.
- Offering basic training to team members.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an IT Support Specialist role
- Provide stellar customer support via phone, email, or text messages
- Two-year Associates degree in IT or 5 years of IT Support experience
- IT certifications preferred
- Functional understanding of various technologies
- General understanding of IT devices such as PC/laptop/iPhone
- Auto insurance coverage as required by your state of residence
