Job Overview
We're looking for a part-time Nurse. If you're a people‑centric healthcare professional who can deliver white‑glove clinical care, this position is for you. The retreat will include a comprehensive phlebotomy panel (100 biomarker, cancer & alzheimer's screenings, genetics, microplastics, food sensitivities, etc.), process samples (centrifuge, kit prep, FedEx shipment), and personally escort clients to from one place to another throughout the entirety of the retreat.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Testing
- Perform and draw blood for extensive blood panels.
- Processing blood samples and preparing laboratory kits for same-day shipment.
- Conduct EKGs and record basic vitals.
- Spin, separate, label, and package specimens; drop-off kits to ship to respective labs or arrange same‑day courier pickups.
Communication & Documentation
- Communicate activation codes and numbers from labs in slack in real time to ensure no details are missed.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify workflow gaps and propose process enhancements.
Who You Are
- Concierge‑Level Communicator – Charismatic, articulate, professional and polished with C‑suite clientele.
- Quick Study – Comfortable learning new tests, kits, and tech on the fly (for example: centrifuges)
- Startup Athlete – Thrive in fast‑moving, "all‑hands" environments, have bias toward action and ownership.
- Calm Under Pressure – You anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and keep guests feeling cared for.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years in a clinical, wellness IV lounge, or concierge medicine setting..
- Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture and eagerness to learn sample processing, testing kit logistics, and anything new that may get thrown at you.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (able to build rapport and maintain professionalism with high‑net‑worth individuals).
Bonus Points
- Prior work at a wellness company as a nurse, in luxury hospitality, or private‑member wellness clubs.
- Familiarity with precision‑medicine testing panels (genomics, labcorp, functional labs).
