Role Description
This full-time on-site Accounts Payable Specialist role is based in Manchester, NH. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, issuing timely payments, reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and addressing inquiries related to accounts payable. The role involves accurate data entry, verification of invoices against purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and Invoicing
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a structured, on-site environment
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles is an advantage
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
