- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the men's locker room, including lockers, showers, restrooms, and lounge areas. Assist in cleaning and housekeeping of the facility when locker room is busy.
- Assist guests with locker assignments, towel and robe distribution, and storage inquiries.
- Ensure all supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team promptly.
- Uphold spa policies and procedures, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
- Provide information about spa services and facilities to guests as requested.

- Previous experience in hospitality or spa services preferred, but not required.
