- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various hotel and resort equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support special projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, including grounds and common areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
