A fast-paced trading hedge fund is hiring an IT Manager to lead technology operations supporting a high-pressure trading environment. This is a hands-on role combining technical leadership, team management, and vendor oversight.
What you'll do:
- Support trading floor systems, market data tools, and Excel-based models with high availability
- Own end-user computing, network reliability, and office infrastructure
- Lead IT support, mentor junior staff, and set escalation standards
- Manage MSP/vendor relationships and cybersecurity controls (MFA, endpoint protection, access management)
- Act as primary liaison between IT and trading/business teams
