About the Role:
The Rental Coordinator provides outstanding customer service while assisting customers with rental reservations. This includes responding to calls and inquiries, coordinating vehicle availability, and supporting the rental department’s daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of customer service experience (Rental Car Service experience a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong administrative, organizational, computer, and phone skills
Pleasant, courteous, and professional demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
