Long Lake Assisted Living is a 42 bed assisted living facility that is a dedicated provider of assisted living services, offering a warm, family atmosphere and personalized care for residents in Long Lake. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our residents through compassionate support and community engagement.

We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Director to lead and grow our marketing efforts at Long Lake Assisted Living. This role is vital in promoting our services, engaging with the community, and strengthening our brand presence to ensure our residents and their families feel confident in choosing us.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the assisted living industry.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Oversee content creation and branding efforts to communicate our values effectively.
  • Coordinate community outreach initiatives to build relationships with local organizations.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with operations to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in senior living or healthcare industry marketing.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of senior care services and community engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Pay: $49, $58,240.00 per year
