Long Island Telecommunication is a provider of customer acquisition and sales support solutions for leading telecommunications companies. We specialize in helping clients connect with new customers through in-person marketing and sales initiatives. As we expand our team, we are hiring Verizon Management Trainees to represent one of the nation’s top telecom providers in their expansion efforts.

The Verizon Management Trainee will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to promote and sell wireless and internet services. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer needs. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available based on performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Management Trainee:

  • Implement direct outreach initiatives to promote Verizon’s telecommunications products and services
  • Explain Verizon service options clearly and professionally to prospective customers
  • Assist customers in selecting the best solutions based on their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed sales
  • Meet assigned performance metrics and sales goals
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training with upper management on leadership responsibilities as a Verizon Management Trainee

Verizon Management Trainee Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must be comfortable with direct, in-person communication in a variety of settings
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are important

Pay: $52,263.43 - $62,940.90 per year
