The Verizon Management Trainee will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to promote and sell wireless and internet services. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer needs. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement are available based on performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Verizon Management Trainee:
- Implement direct outreach initiatives to promote Verizon’s telecommunications products and services
- Explain Verizon service options clearly and professionally to prospective customers
- Assist customers in selecting the best solutions based on their needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed sales
- Meet assigned performance metrics and sales goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training with upper management on leadership responsibilities as a Verizon Management Trainee
Verizon Management Trainee Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be comfortable with direct, in-person communication in a variety of settings
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are important
